About the role
- Identify and engage prospects through both outbound and inbound strategies.
- Drive new business acquisition by proactively pursuing and closing new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to deal closure and onboarding - working closely with Clinical Operations and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Product teams to refine offerings, enhance the customer experience, and ensure products align with client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technical product and confidently engage in clinical conversations with dental professionals, translating features into practical solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to position 32Co as the preferred choice for prospects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and continuous improvement.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and driven to continuously grow your skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Curiosity and aptitude for learning about our technical products to clearly communicate their value.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work from our London (Hoxton) office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
