About the role
- Assume total ownership of the data department, including its personnel, the daily operations and functions
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Manage the data department’s workload and skill set
- Handle the recruitment, hiring, buildout and training of digital/data team staff
- Oversee the development of reports and dashboards
- Leverage data visualization tools to assist with data storytelling
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in strategic marketing, data analytics, and hands-on digital media placement
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A track record of project and client success
- Experience in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Strong track record of leading and managing lead generation campaigns
- Experience building teams that motivate each other
