About the role
- Lead the design, development, and integration of Zoho applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes and build custom solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and automations within Zoho applications
- Create and manage complex Zoho Workflows for various operations
- Write and manage Deluge scripts to support business logic and automate tasks
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks
- Ensure high-quality data sync, error handling, and platform performance
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Provide technical guidance for scalable architecture
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Zoho development experience
- Strong experience building and managing Zoho Workflows, Blueprint, and automation logic
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator app design
- Solid understanding of Zoho CRM customizations, fields, layouts, functions, and reports
- Experience with Zoho API integration and third-party systems
- Familiarity with financial automation or regulated business logic
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhook handling
- Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with UK FinTech workflows or compliance processes is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently with partial overlap to UK business hours
