• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Partnerships executive and their leadership teams by developing expertise within assigned client groups
• Serve as critical partner to the Chief Partnerships Officer supporting the Partnerships organization
• Lead a small team of HRBPs and/or specialists, driving performance, development, and HR operational excellence
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Compensation on the design and implementation of effective sales incentive and commission plans
• Lead and support workforce planning, talent management, organization design, and change management initiatives
• Provide guidance on HR policies, talent development strategies, and employee relations
• Use people analytics and business data to drive decision-making and measure effectiveness of HR initiatives
• Develop strategies to meet demands of a fast paced organization and align HR to business needs
• Collaborate with Compensation to appropriately level positions, analyze market data, and develop competitive, equitable compensation offers
• Act as an SME for employee relations matters and recommend/deliver disciplinary actions in line with policy
• Guide managers through misconduct/incapacity and operational requirement processes to minimize risk
• Provide ongoing coaching to managers and employees on documented performance management concerns
• Conduct formal investigations and personally handle or guide resolution on complex ER matters
• Advocate for and promote company culture of inclusivity, accountability and trust
