About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organizes and manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of all items and products
Maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations
Lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service
Manage loading and delivery of all products
Ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection
Ensure reports accurately reflect products shipped to customer
Partner with plant technicians and the sales team for order processing and order accuracy
Manage inventory and order plants and hard goods as required
Support scheduling of Installers with Operations Management
Hire and onboard installers and/or warehouse associates
Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required
Assist with forecasting and monthly financial requirements as needed
Manage and complete service methods and KPI results as part of the leadership scorecard
Manage and assist with Holiday preparations and installations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of warehouse experience required
Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferred
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Solid customer service skills
The ability to multi-task, analyze situations and develop proactive responses
The ability to handle stress and stress related situations
The ability to work independently, taking the initiative
Strong time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Working computer knowledge
High School Diploma or equivalent
