About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide general administrative support to the new business function, improving efficiency and helping ensure best practices are followed
  • Support New Business Manager and pitch teams on live opportunities by helping coordinate logistics, preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth internal communication
  • Helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, contacts, and activity within CRM systems and internal trackers, ensuring strong visibility across the team
  • Assist in keeping case studies, credentials decks, and ‘boilerplate’ content up to date, ensuring the team has high-quality materials ready to share
  • Supporting the new business and marketing teams with agency updates to keep contacts informed and promote agency activity across social channels; assist in planning and coordinating events across the year and helping to coordinate agency award entries
  • Help maintain relationships with key intermediaries and contacts (e.g. online platforms, procurement contacts), ensuring the agency stays visible and responsive
  • Regularly track new business portals, industry sources, and inbound enquiries to help identify potential opportunities
  • Assist in the early-stage qualification of opportunities by gathering key information, to help determine alignment with agency strengths and priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some agency experience (internship to 6 months plus in a creative, social, PR or Marketing agency environment)
  • Interest in purpose-led sectors
  • Enthusiasm for working with charities, not for profits, or socially impactful organisations
  • A highly organised and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with Canva an advantage
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Interest in agency environments, marketing, and business development
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of social media channels and online platforms
