Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Two years of customer service, social work, or human services experience required
  • Ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish, Creole) is a plus.
