About the role

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads listed within the client’s HighLevel (GHL) system.
  • Follow up with leads who have opted in for information to ensure they received details via email.
  • Encourage prospects to check their inbox and book a call with the agency.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and status updates within GHL.
  • Report daily activity and updates to the client.
  • Represent the client’s brand with professionalism and warmth during every interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound calling, lead follow-up, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Comfortable working with CRM or marketing automation tools (experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for making calls.
