About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate daily marketing activities across multiple brands.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

- Prepare recurring marketing and operational reports.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Compile key performance metrics into easy-to-understand reports.
- Identify trends and provide insights to support marketing decisions.
- Support daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist with workflow management.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Organize internal documentation and maintain operational records.
- Maintain spreadsheets and operational trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience supporting marketing and business operations.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) business accounts.
- Experience managing TikTok business accounts.
- Familiarity with other major social media platforms.
- Experience using Canva for basic marketing content and asset management.
- Experience coordinating social media calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
