  • Maintain organized folders for videos, graphics, and marketing assets
  • Coordinate content delivery with the business owner or marketing team
  • Assist with simple content planning and scheduling
  • Keep track of completed, scheduled, and upcoming content
  • Maintain posting schedules and content trackers
  • Assist with basic reporting on posted content
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to content management as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic experience with video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content pieces
  • Good written English for reviewing captions and post descriptions
  • Ability to work independently and follow established content guidelines
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of video editing
  • Experience editing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of social media best practices (preferred)
  • Experience creating captions and formatting posts (preferred)
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva are a plus (preferred)
