Credit Repair Consultant – Virtual Assistant
20four7VACredit Repair Consultant supporting client consultations and onboarding for a global credit repair company. Engaging with clients through various communication channels while providing administrative and sales support.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients
- Review and discuss client credit reports at a high level
- Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients and help resolve questions or concerns
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process
- Assist with outbound lead follow-up activities
- Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication
- Conduct cold lead outreach activities during downtime through phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned outreach methods
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM
- Update account information and document interactions properly
- Assist with onboarding and account setup processes
- Support day-to-day administrative workflows related to client management
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support client success
- Follow established workflows and communication standards
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients on the phone daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable balancing customer service and sales support responsibilities
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by performance goals and client outcomes
- Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support roles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone communication
- Experience working inside CRM systems
- Ability to maintain organization and follow structured workflows
- Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferable, but not required.
