About the role
- Answer and respond to customer service calls and emails related to parking garages.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with citations, tickets, and permits.
- Use Betterpark software to issue permits, cancel citations, and whitelist monthly users.
- Conduct research to support sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and update Excel files and reports.
- Utilize RingCentral for communication and assist with HubSpot for CRM tasks when required.
- Support the sales team and maintain professional, timely service delivery according to the SOW.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to understand American English clearly.
- Friendly, professional, and punctual.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Betterpark software and RingCentral; willingness to learn HubSpot.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Availability for 25 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday mornings (EST, TBD).
- Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to citations, tickets, and permits.
