About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make outbound calls to provided lead lists using CallTools or similar VoIP system
  • Engage prospects in a clear, professional, and compliant manner
  • Screen prospects based on predefined qualification criteria
  • Introduce the brokerage services at a high level (no selling of policies)
  • Schedule appointments for licensed agents
  • Accurately log call outcomes, dispositions, and notes within the dialer or spreadsheet
  • Maintain confidentiality of all prospect information
  • Follow approved scripts, call flows, and SOPs
  • Participate in initial training and coaching provided during onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native English speaking accent
  • Prior experience with outbound cold calling or appointment setting
  • Experience calling U.S.-based prospects
  • Clear, professional phone presence
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
  • Comfortable logging detailed call notes and outcomes
  • Insurance or Medicare-related exposure (not required)
  • High reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
