Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in:
Social media execution (not strategy)
Lead management / community management
Strong organizational and task execution skills
Excellent written English for messaging and communication
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Must be comfortable working inside AI tools daily
Claude experience is preferred but not required
Must be a fast learner and open to using AI as a primary workflow tool.
