About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate operations across retail store locations
- Track store performance and sales reporting
- Ensure consistent execution of operational processes
- Facilitate communication between stores and management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Monitor inventory levels across products and locations
- Track incoming shipments and stock movement
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

- Assist with QuickBooks and financial record-keeping
- Ensure accurate alignment of sales and accounting data
- Support financial organization and reporting
- Monitor and manage Shopify orders and transactions
- Ensure proper order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Document workflows and operational procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help implement systems to scale operations effectively
- Support leadership in optimizing business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years experience in operations, retail, or business operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and reports
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
