About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound calls to leads sourced from ZoomInfo and campaigns
  • Introduce services and engage potential clients professionally
  • Follow call scripts and adapt messaging when needed
  • Ask qualifying questions to assess client needs
  • Schedule appointments for internal sales representatives
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate team members
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS (if applicable)
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence with leads
  • Ensure no leads are left uncontacted
  • Log all interactions and updates in Salesforce
  • Track call outcomes and lead status
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in quickly responding to inbound leads when assigned
  • Help improve overall response time for new inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to handle objections and basic rebuttals
  • Organized, reliable, and results-driven
  • Salesforce (required)
  • ZoomInfo (training provided)
  • Phone system / dialer (client-provided)
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Teams
