About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Edit short-form videos (Reels) using provided job site footage (via CapCut or Canva)
Post 3–5 videos per week
Post 2–3 static posts per week
Maintain daily Instagram and Facebook Stories
Respond to all inbound messages (Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries)
Maintain a response time of under 12 hours
Ask structured questions to determine budget, timeline, and scope
Identify qualified vs. unqualified leads
Forward only qualified leads to the business owner
Enter 100% of leads into JobTread
Update pipeline stages: New Lead Contacted Qualified Consultation Scheduled
Schedule consultations for qualified leads
Send confirmations and reminders
Follow up on missed appointments
Follow up with non-responsive leads
Provide a weekly report including: Total leads received, Qualified leads, Consultations scheduled, Lead sources (Instagram, referrals, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in: Social media management
Lead generation and qualification
CRM management (preferably JobTread or similar)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow systems, scripts, and workflows
Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Proactive and results-driven mindset
