About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to general inquiries from patients or healthcare providers.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal staff.

- Collaborate with internal team members to support daily clinic operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience working with Western clients or healthcare environments is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling medical information.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
