About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and manage the attorney’s calendar.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and deadlines accurately.
- Handle client intake processes and gather initial information.
- Answer and return client calls during afternoon coverage hours.
- Organize and maintain case files within Google Workspace.
- Assist with preparation of basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Support general administrative tasks related to case management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in administrative support, legal assistance, or professional services preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with client intake or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal workflows or document preparation is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
