About the role

  • Provide B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management for clients
  • Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Yelp, and online directories
  • Target key decision-makers and build structured prospect lists
  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging and email communication
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume and activity levels
  • Track all outreach efforts and responses, perform structured follow-ups
  • Gather and verify contact information and company details
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as invoice creation and data entry
  • Take on additional operational or marketing tasks over time

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in: Lead generation B2B outreach or prospecting Marketing or sales support
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Comfortable performing repetitive outreach tasks with consistency
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach
  • Basic experience with CRM systems
