About the role
- Provide B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management for clients
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Yelp, and online directories
- Target key decision-makers and build structured prospect lists
- Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging and email communication
- Maintain consistent outreach volume and activity levels
- Track all outreach efforts and responses, perform structured follow-ups
- Gather and verify contact information and company details
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as invoice creation and data entry
- Take on additional operational or marketing tasks over time
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in: Lead generation B2B outreach or prospecting Marketing or sales support
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Comfortable performing repetitive outreach tasks with consistency
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach
- Basic experience with CRM systems
