About the role

Edit recorded podcast episodes using Riverside and Descript
Produce polished video and audio assets aligned with existing brand guidelines
Create short-form promotional content, including short video clips and magnetic clips
Manage guest outreach reminders and follow-ups using existing email templates
Support podcast guest pitching outreach via email
Send a limited volume of outreach emails per week (approximately 2–3 emails per week)
Update outreach status in Notion trackers, including contacted, responded, booked, recorded, and closed/no response
Coordinate with partially automated systems such as Acuity, MailerLite, and Riverside
Support outreach tasks temporarily while full automation is finalized

Proven experience with podcast or video editing
Hands-on knowledge of Riverside and Descript
Comfort working with AI-assisted editing tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards closely
Experience creating short-form video content for social media
Professional and structured email communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as Dropbox, Notion, and scheduling or automation platforms
Prior experience supporting podcasts, coaches, or content creators (preferred)
Familiarity with podcast content promotion workflows (preferred)
Highly organized and comfortable working from SOPs and templates (preferred)
Ability to execute independently without constant oversight (preferred)
Experience working with professional, medical, or education-focused content is a plus (preferred)
