About the role
- Respond to client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with operational needs including filing permits, contacting local offices, and researching regulations
- Maintain accurate records and organize documentation using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and ensure smooth communication flow
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements for client processes and systems
- Support clients in both customer-facing and administrative tasks
- Participate in evaluating and setting up a phone system for client communication
- Follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations while working remotely
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication via phone, email, and text
- Familiarity with construction-related administrative tasks (permits, compliance, local regulations)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Proactive problem-solver with initiative to find answers and improve processes
- Ability to work independently and provide thoughtful feedback to clients
- Availability Monday–Friday during client EST office hours
- Willingness to work 10-15 hours/week
- Offshore contractors preferred (working remotely for U.S.-based clients)
