About the role

  • Respond to client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with operational needs including filing permits, contacting local offices, and researching regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and organize documentation using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and ensure smooth communication flow
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements for client processes and systems
  • Support clients in both customer-facing and administrative tasks
  • Participate in evaluating and setting up a phone system for client communication
  • Follow client-supplied SOPs, timelines, and service expectations while working remotely

Requirements

  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication via phone, email, and text
  • Familiarity with construction-related administrative tasks (permits, compliance, local regulations)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative to find answers and improve processes
  • Ability to work independently and provide thoughtful feedback to clients
  • Availability Monday–Friday during client EST office hours
  • Willingness to work 10-15 hours/week
  • Offshore contractors preferred (working remotely for U.S.-based clients)
