About the role
- Design and build a clean, user-friendly website that includes: A portfolio-style showcase of rental properties, categories for different rental types, a lead capture system for potential renters, mobile-friendly and responsive design
- Create a clean, modern layout that highlights property listings
- Implement lead capture forms for rental inquiries, corporate housing requests, and integrate contact forms that send leads directly to the broker
- Optimize website for search engines (SEO) and ensure fast loading speed
Requirements
- Experience building real estate or property listing websites
- Strong web design and UX/UI skills
- Experience with platforms such as: WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Custom web development
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels
- Understanding of SEO for real estate websites
