About the role

  • Design high-quality UGC creator portfolios in Canva using approved templates and structures.
  • Portfolios should clearly showcase: Creator overview and niche positioning, UGC examples (photo and video), Campaign metrics and results (when available), Case studies and brand collaborations, Contact details and booking call-to-action.
  • Ensure portfolios are clean, modern, and optimized for brand decision-makers reviewing creator partnerships.
  • Design branding assets for creators to support their UGC presence, including Twitter (X) banner, Profile image, and Additional branding elements aligned with the creator’s aesthetic.
  • Build portfolios as shareable Canva Sites or Canva PDF portfolios and maintain organized Canva files for easy duplication and updates.
  • Create a dedicated Case Studies section in each portfolio, including a placeholder template if the creator does not yet have case studies.
  • Adapt designs to match creator branding and inspiration references while maintaining strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Communicate with the team via Slack, implement feedback efficiently, and complete revisions quickly while maintaining design quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing UGC creator portfolios, media kits, or influencer portfolios
  • Advanced proficiency with Canva
  • Strong understanding of UGC marketing and creator branding
  • Excellent layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work efficiently using templates, SOPs, and design systems
  • Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
  • Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must submit examples of Canva portfolios, creator media kits, or similar design work demonstrating strong layout and branding skills.
