About the role
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted B2B companies
- Introduce our services and ask qualifying questions
- Identify potential capital equipment or project opportunities
- Collect and verify accurate contact details in the CRM
- Log all calls, notes, and outcomes accurately
- Schedule follow-up calls when appropriate
- Pass qualified and interested prospects to the internal sales team
- Handle basic objections professionally
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation
- Proven experience qualifying leads or setting appointments (not closing sales)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and professional
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with data entry
- Able to work independently and meet activity targets
- Experience in capital equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments (Preferred, Not Required)
- Willingness to learn technical products and industry terminology
