About the role
- Design UGC creator portfolios in Canva using approved structures and layouts
- Build portfolios that clearly showcase: Creator overview & niche positioning, UGC examples (photo + video), Metrics & past results (when provided), Case studies (mandatory section), Brand logos / collaborations (if available), Contact / booking CTA
- Ensure each portfolio is clean, modern, and optimized for brand decision-makers
- Design Twitter Banner, profile picture, branding assets for creator to use in their UGC business
- Create fully shareable Canva Site or Canva PDF portfolios
- Maintain organized Canva files so portfolios can be duplicated, edited, and updated efficiently
- Design a dedicated Case Studies section in each portfolio if creator has case study if not, there must be empty space template for future case study
- Design dedicated pet section (if they have pets)
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UGC portfolios in Canva
- Strong understanding of UGC, creator branding, and brand deal positioning
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working from templates and SOPs
- Reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven
