About the role
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to pre-qualified small business leads.
- Identify and speak directly with decision-makers.
- Introduce marketing services in a compelling and conversational manner.
- Navigate objections such as “not interested,” “already have marketing,” or “too busy.”
- Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to assess fit and interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments based on agreed criteria.

- Capture detailed notes including current marketing methods, pain points, budget openness, follow-up timing.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and Salesforce.
- Provide daily reporting on calls made, conversations held, decision-makers reached, qualified appointments booked, and follow-ups scheduled.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B outbound cold calling or prospecting.
- Strong English fluency with clear, neutral pronunciation suitable for U.S. business calls.
- Comfortable speaking with blue-collar and service-based business owners.
- Skilled in objection handling and conversational redirection.
- Resilient in high-rejection environments.
- Strong note-taking and CRM discipline.
- Open to ongoing feedback and script optimization.
