About the role
- Input, update, and maintain client, property, and transaction data in CRM and internal systems
- Complete and manage real estate forms, including listings, contracts, disclosures, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets for sales tracking, lead management, and property inventory
- Provide data support for listings, showings, and closing documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms
- Assist with data audits, database clean-up, and reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Support digital filing and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or real estate operations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with real estate documents and terminology is a plus
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- Software & Tools Experience (Required / Preferred Knowledge):
- CRM Systems: KVCORE, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or similar
- Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data validation, reporting) and Word
- Google Workspace: Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
- Transaction Management Tools: Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope (preferred)
- Property Management Software: Buildium
- MLS Platforms: Familiarity is a plus but not required
