About the role

  • Engage with potential patients acquired through marketing initiatives
  • Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
  • Confirm attendance for events and scheduled consultations
  • Assist patients with accessing and navigating the patient portal
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed (virtual appointments only)
  • Respond to patient portal messages (training will be provided)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their health journey (system training will be provided)
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy at all times
  • Complete required HIPAA training prior to handling any patient information (can be provided by the employer if not already trained)
  • Post content on company social media channels (content information is already available; the role is to make it visually appealing in Canva using company colors and fonts and post 3 times per week)
  • Create simple graphics or posts using Canva (training will be provided; no previous experience required)
  • Support general content generation and posting schedules

Requirements

  • HIPAA trained (or willing to complete training before start)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning simple digital tools such as patient portals and Canva
  • No medical background required
  • Interested in health and wellness and willing to learn about our health and wellness program to help answer patients’ basic questions on where to find information.
