About the role

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; handle inquiries and provide accurate information about dermatology services
  • Direct calls to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Address service-related questions from patients and potential clients; ensure patient satisfaction
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using scheduling software; confirm and follow up with patients
  • Coordinate with dermatologists and staff to maintain an efficient appointment calendar
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks and manage digital files and correspondence
  • Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner; utilize online communication tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of dermatology or medical practices is a plus
  • Requested experience tier: Senior and Advanced Levels
  • Minimum hours/week: 30
