About the role
- Generate and qualify leads for merchant service and credit card processing solutions
- Conduct outbound prospecting and telemarketing to potential business clients
- Identify decision-makers and gather relevant client information
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups
- Support sales efforts by booking appointments or warm handoffs to the sales team
- Understand and communicate basic merchant service offerings and benefits
- Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in outbound calling and prospecting
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Experience or familiarity with merchant services, credit card processing, or credit card repair (preferred)
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
