About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to newly licensed real estate agents to introduce the company’s services
- Schedule and confirm in-person appointments with the broker
- Manage and update the broker’s calendar to ensure accuracy
- Send reminders and follow up with agents before and after meetings
- Track outreach, appointments, and outcomes within the CRM system
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Support the onboarding process through consistent follow-ups and coordination
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and basic tech platforms
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for outbound calls
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required
