About the role
- Support LinkedIn and Cold Email prospecting efforts
- Manage outreach campaigns
- Write outbound messaging
- Assist with social media and email content creation
- Conduct targeted prospecting using Apollo.io
- Research industry pain points and align outreach to messaging
- Write LinkedIn cold outreach sequences tailored to specific industries and personas
- Set up and configure campaigns in We-Connect.io
- Perform monthly data enrichment
- Monitor inbox and collaborate on messaging
- Generate performance insights and optimize campaign outcomes
- Prospect leads using Apollo.io and export data
- Validate email lists and manage leads inside Instantly.ai
- Respond to warm leads via Google Voice
- Create and manage AI agents within Instantly.ai
- Run independent campaigns and execute all email outreach
Requirements
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email lead generation
- Previous experience in B2B prospecting or professional selling (preferred)
- Experience with Apollo.io, We-Connect.io, Instantly.ai, and NeverBounce (preferred)
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp)
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
- Ability to use Gemini or ChatGPT is a plus
