- Manage daily outbound and inbound correspondence to book sales meetings
- Use Google Gemini to generate responses
- Maintain complete and accurate records in Attio CRM
- Source and qualify leads using tools such as Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Submit a daily plan at the start of each workday
- Provide detailed end-of-day execution reports via Slack
Requirements
- Experience with AI-driven workflows
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Asana (task management), Slack (communication), and Attio (CRM)
- High Attention to Detail: Able to catch errors in AI-generated drafts
- Proactive Communicator: Willing to flag system issues
- Execution-Oriented: Strong follow-through in daily responsibilities
