- Manage daily communications and scheduling

- Answering and returning calls
- Coordinating estimates
- Organizing email correspondence
- Ensuring 811 utility locates are current
- Accurately reading site plans to assist with smooth project execution
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with permitting processes and contract documentation
- Experience with reading site plans or construction drawings
- Proficiency in email and scheduling tools
- Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks.
- Experience in construction administrative support is a plus
