About the role
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, databases, and industry platforms
- Develop strategies to expand the prospect base and target markets
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social platforms
- Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other databases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or sales support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
