- AI & ML Developer at 20four7VA building NLP/chatbot automation for support
- Design NLP models, build intelligent chatbots, optimize ticketing, and integrate with CRMs/ITSM
- Ensure security, compliance, and ethics, and continuously improve AI systems
Requirements
- Proficiency in NLP, chatbot development, and intelligent automation
- Experience with large-scale chatbot deployments
- Exposure to enterprise CRM/ITSM integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong Python programming with Django/Flask
- Experience with OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Frontend/Integration: React, REST APIs, Webhooks
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Experience with NLP/Conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, etc.)
- AI-powered chat-based support systems
- Automated ticketing workflows using ML
