About the role
- Respond to inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries regarding junk removal services.
- Qualify leads by identifying type, volume, location, timing, and special requirements.
- Schedule on-site or virtual pickup appointments using available crew slots.
- Provide detailed service information including pricing ranges, restrictions, and additional services.
- Confirm appointments via email or calendar invite and ensure all client details are accurate.
- Offer initial estimates based on photos, descriptions, or virtual walkthroughs.
- Prepare itemized quotes and confirm approval with customers prior to scheduling.
- Enter customer bookings accurately into the CRM or dispatch system.
- Maintain organized records including notes, estimates, and uploaded photos.
- Optimize route scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.
- Conduct post-job follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling (preferably in home services or logistics).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience with quoting, estimating, or sales support is a plus.
