About the role
- Provide remote operational support for DSP owners.
- Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, maintain candidate tracking.
- Onboarding & Training Coordination: Prepare onboarding materials, guide new hires, coordinate start dates and training schedules.
- Timekeeping & Attendance Management: Monitor attendance, review time discrepancies, ensure timekeeping accuracy for payroll.
- Employee Relations & Performance Support: Maintain employee files, track performance, support engagement initiatives.
- General HR & Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, provide general support to HR and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations; exposure to logistics or delivery operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (near-native English accent preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ADP, FlexApp, Fountain, or Smart Recruiter is a strong advantage (training may be provided).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and flexible schedule (Monday–Saturday/Sunday).
