About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement
- Develop and maintain an efficient schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely store visits and event participation across multiple channels
- Adhere to established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners
- Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories
- Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, lettermark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements
- Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate key features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Work directly with the local Field Sales Manager to support high-touch locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs
- Drive the execution of field events and merchandising initiatives through event participation, customer engagement and ensuring execution of strategic priorities
- Represent Samsung as an ambassador for multiple channels and events, engaging with customers and stakeholders to promote the brand and its products and convincingly articulate brand value, product benefits, and effective selling techniques
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage
- Daily Travel required, including trip travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight stays
- Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store to ensure efficient travel and timely store visits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems
