About the role

  • Provide generalist support to the team across multiple areas (business, e-commerce, operations and coordination)
  • Assist in market research, competitive analysis and China-related desk research
  • Prepare presentations and internal documents (PowerPoint, basic reports)
  • Support communication and coordination between Europe- and China-based teams
  • Assist with translations and bilingual support (Chinese–English; Spanish is a plus)
  • Support ongoing projects with operational, organizational and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Chinese nationality
  • Currently based in Madrid (mandatory)
  • Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or related fields
  • Native Chinese and strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Well organized, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working both remotely and occasionally in person
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong interest in China–Europe business, e-commerce and digital platforms
