Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions based on client needs
Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and productivity
Anticipate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Quickly address issues or roadblocks that arise during project implementation
Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as necessary, providing recommended solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management, preferably within the Managed IT Services industry.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, across the full project lifecycle.
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Previous experience working on small, medium, and large-scale projects for customers having up to 3,000 users across multiple locations.
