About the role
- Focus primarily on generating qualified outbound pipeline
- Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects in new and existing Commercial accounts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and others
- Build and improve skills in pipeline generation
Requirements
- Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to engage and develop relationships
- Results-oriented and disciplined
- Teamwork and collaboration experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
