About the role

  • Act like the general manager of high-stakes partnerships.
  • Responsible for operationalizing, scaling, and maximizing the performance of partnerships that drive growth in the Self-Serve business.
  • Ensure strategic partnerships are built, launched, and operated effectively from initial activation through ongoing growth and optimization.
  • Deliver the revenue, adoption, and impact of strategic consumer partnerships.
  • Lead implementation, product integration, and partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, go‑to‑market operations, or related roles at a high‑growth consumer or product-led SaaS company.
  • Proven track record owning high-visibility, revenue-impacting partnerships from launch through scale.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills; you can drive Product, Engineering, and Marketing toward shared outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication and influence, internally and externally.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for clarity, momentum, and results.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with identity, security, or ecosystem partnerships.
