- Lead the product design team for 1Password’s EPM admin experience
- Drive end-to-end design for intuitive admin solutions
- Raise the quality bar across the EPM experience by addressing UX and design debt
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering
- Coach and develop a team of strong product and content designers
- Plan design team performance, workload, and career development
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in product design with experience in UX, systems design, UI, and information architecture in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of managing design teams and projects
- Proven track record of coaching and developing design teams
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term goals
- Ability to clearly articulate design value and lead the design process
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for continuous learning and leading scalable design teams
- Ability to align your team with the right processes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity and curiosity with AI to enhance design
