About the role

  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and demand generation for 1NCE.
  • Identify and target key customer segments, ensuring the seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals.
  • Drive demand generation efforts by identifying key market segments and optimizing lead conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Utilize a variety of digital marketing tactics to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Manage the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and manage campaign assets including landing pages, emails, webinars, whitepapers, banners, and social media content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and lead funnel management.
  • Expertise in campaign management, project execution, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
