About the role

  • You lead strategic projects and programs to rapidly and sustainably improve efficiency and quality across our operational units
  • You work closely with local contractors and installation partners to optimize on-site operational performance
  • When needed, you take on interim site leadership, stabilize the organization, and build a sustainable leadership structure
  • You actively advance the operations strategy through operational programs
  • You travel regularly within Germany and Europe (up to 3–4 days per week) to understand and improve processes on-site

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, industry, or trade-related companies
  • At least 2–3 years of direct managerial experience leading operational and commercial staff
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with hub and site managers
  • You lead field teams confidently and collaboratively
  • You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and take ownership
  • Fluent in German and English (C-level); Spanish is an additional plus
