About the role
- You lead strategic projects and programs to rapidly and sustainably improve efficiency and quality across our operational units
- You work closely with local trade contractors and installation partners to optimize on-site operational performance
- When required, you take on interim site leadership, stabilize the organization, and establish a sustainable leadership structure
- You actively develop the operations strategy through operational programs
- You regularly travel across Germany and Europe (up to 3–4 days per week) to understand and improve processes on-site
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, industrial, or craft-related companies
- Minimum 2–3 years of disciplinary leadership experience managing both technical/trades and commercial staff
- Ability to build strong working relationships with hub and site managers
- Lead operational teams confidently and collaboratively
- Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach, and strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in German and English (C-level); Spanish is a plus
