About the role

  • You enthuse candidates with your personal approach and spark interest in 1KOMMA5° and our mission
  • You are part of the Talent Management team and assist with reviewing application documents and pre-selecting profiles, with a focus on Tech & Product roles
  • After a successful onboarding, you will conduct initial interviews and help fill essential positions
  • You take ownership of positions end-to-end — from posting job ads and direct sourcing to extending contract offers
  • You collaborate with experienced hiring managers as an equal partner and act as one of the main contacts for Tech & Product hiring
  • You own the candidate journey by managing communication with applicants, providing timely feedback, answering questions, and scheduling interviews
  • You support the optimization of our processes and are responsible for your own projects

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters and are studying Human Resources, Business Administration/Economics, or a related field
  • You can support us for 20 hours per week during term time and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in recruiting and have a technical affinity
  • You are communicative and fluent in German and English
  • You demonstrate an independent and structured way of working
  • You stand out through strong motivation and high reliability
