About the role

  • Strategic responsibility for operational excellence: You define KPI structures, reporting landscapes and performance management at the company level
  • Lead the implementation of new processes, tools and methods: You shape the roadmap, set priorities and own the rollout across multiple locations
  • Overall responsibility for operational initiatives: From strategic conception through execution to success measurement and continuous optimization
  • Process innovation and organizational development: You identify leverage points, run pilot projects and ensure scalability
  • Stakeholder management at all levels: You coordinate Operations, Tech, Product, Finance and Leadership, drive decisions forward and ensure team alignment

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in an operational environment, e.g., management consulting, startup or scale-up
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic view of operational processes and their continuous improvement
  • Proven leader experienced in managing multi-person teams, setting goals and delivering measurable results
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, particularly for preparing structured decision materials in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to directly support operational initiatives, meet stakeholders and optimize processes on site
